The Sony SmartWatch 3 has built-in GPS to track your workout without needing your phone. It's waterproof, has a built-in USB port for charging without a dock and runs Android Wear smoothly
Its screen is pretty awful, with poor colours and viewing angles. Its plain, square design makes it much less stylish than the LG G Watch R and it doesn't have a heart-rate monitor built in
Although its ability to use GPS to track your run is handy, its poor screen, uninspiring design and lack of a heart-rate monitor means the SmartWatch 3 doesn't impress over its more luxurious Android Wear competitors....
The Sony Smartwatch 3 is a good device that fits well into the burgeoning Android Wear party, and comes with some nifty features that make it possibly quite a good option to buy. I'm still waiting for the final price and a proper release date to play wit...
Samenvatting: Ahead of IFA, there were rumours that Sony was to release a third SmartWatch that would still be running on the company's own wearable operating system. On the basis of our experience with previous efforts, that would have been a very bad idea indeed. Tha...

Boring design, Poor screen viewing angles, No heart rate monitor
Certainly not the best Android Wear smartwatch on the market, the SmartWatch 3 is Sony's best chance at sticking it out in an increasingly high-margin and high-stakes ecosystem. That the SmartWatch 3 can be used with any Android 4.3+ smartphone makes it l...
Samenvatting: For a few weeks I have been wearing the Sony Smartwatch3, an Android Wear-based smartwatch device. Like any upcoming technology smartwatches promise new use cases and like in any upcoming technology it can deliver well in some scenarios - and not so much...

The Smartwatch 3 has its quirks as well as features such as its built-in GPS, which helps it stand out in a crowded smartwatch market. If you're a fitness fanatic with Bluetooth headphones, it's got a definite edge over the others. Fitness fanatics will l...
Android Wear hasn't changed much, and whether you buy the cheap LG G Watch or the expensive Sony SmartWatch 3, you're assured of a uniform experience. The only real improvements that the Sony SmartWatch 3 offer over its competition are a sharper screen, m...
