21 great games from yesteryear, excellent video presentation, cute little box, two controllers included
Controller cables are too short again, reset button only on the box so you have to get up to change game
Nintendo surprised us all with the NES Classic Mini and the SNES lacks some of that "wow" factor, but it is still the better machine. It has better games on offer and is likely to be more fondly remembered by a greater number of gamers. We're disappointed...

Fantastic selection of games, wonderful presentation, authentic and robust pads - two of them, Final Fantasy VI, Yoshi's Island, Starfox 2 - for the first time ever
The cables may still be a little short, but just get over it and find some longer Micro USB and HDMI cables, you lazy sod, Rating:
It's cheap (yes, it is), it's sprinkled with Nintendo presentational magic, and it's easier and prettier to set up and get playing than a Raspberry bloody Pi. Just buy one (if and when you actually can)...

Certain games are territory specific, SNES controller ports are a facade
Our take-away from our time with the Nintendo SNES Classic Mini is that it successfully repackages much of what made the original Super Nintendo Entertainment System such a hit. The hardware is mostly spot on, the games largely top tier and varied in genr...
Great collection of games, Beautifully made, Two controllers in the box, Rewind function great for tricky games
Cables likely still not long enough, Game performance shaky for some

Two controllers in box, Controller leads are lengthy, Great selection of classics
Still no AC adapter for UK model, Still have to press Reset button on console to switch games
Our early impressions suggest the SNES Classic Mini is every bit as lovingly designed as its predecessor, while removing its single biggest frustration – the horrendously short controller cables. With two gamepads in the box, the SNES Mini is much more fe...

Certain games are territory specific, SNES controller ports are a facade
Despite a few holes in the software library, the Nintendo SNES Classic Mini offers an enjoyable, accessible and - crucially - affordable way to play some of the most groundbreaking and enjoyable games ever made...

Samenvatting: The Super Nintendo Classic is a miniature blast of nostalgia, a sleekly packaged piece of hardware that will transport you back to the days of Dunkaroos and denim jackets. Although one could certainly complain about some of the choices Nintendo has made h...
